Active Shooter Training

Our Crisis Management program anticipates the worst case-scenario, of an active shooter.  We have developed a curriculum for schools, churches, and businesses that focuses on tangible things that can be done during a crisis. We believe that a proper mindset plays a huge role to help mitigate stress to encourage problem solving in an active shooting situation. With our combined experience and training, we will equip you with the proper tools to develop a strategic plan, make critical decisions under stress, and how to communicate effectively to navigate this type of crisis.

We will cover the “OFF” acronym, and “Run, Hide, Fight”
